| Application Comments | For best results: following the final aqueous step of the staining procedure remove excess fluid around the specimen, apply 1-2 drops of Fluorescent Mounting Media to the specimen and carefully place a coverglass on top. Seal the border of the coverglass with nail polish. Store mounted specimens at 4°C in the dark. |
