| Overview | The MILLIPLEX® MAP Bovine Cytokine/Chemokine Magnetic Bead Premixed 15-plex Panel 1 is a 15-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous quantification of all of the following analytes in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatant samples: IFNγ, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 (CXCL8), IL-10, IL-17A, IL-36RA (IL-1F5), IP-10 (CXCL10), MCP-1 (CCL2), MIP-1α (CCL3), MIP-1β (CCL4), TNFα, and VEGF-A.
MILLIPLEX® MAP offers the broadest selection of analytes across a wide range of disease states and species. Once the analytes of interest have been identified, you can rely on the quality that we build into each kit to produce results you can trust. In addition to the assay characteristics listed in the protocol, other performance criteria evaluated during the validation process include: cross-reactivity, dilution linearity, kit stability, and sample behavior (e.g. detectability and stability). Each panel and kit meets stringent manufacturing criteria to ensure batch-to-batch reproducibility.

| Background Information | Inflammation and immune cell response are key to maintaining homeostasis. Inflammation plays a central role in the etiology of many immunologically related diseases, such as infectious disease, osteoarthritis and respiratory disease, as well as neurologic, metabolic and cardiovascular disease and even cancer.
