Regulates c-myc transcription. Induces reversible hydrolysis of sphingomyelin cycle and generates ceramide. Stimulates intestinal Ca2+ and phosphate transport and mobilizes Ca2+ from bone. Also available as a 1 mM solution in DMSO (Cat. No. 509721). |
