| Overview | A cocktail of four protease inhibitors that is useful for inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. When reconstituted with 1 ml H2O each vial will contain a 100X stock solution of protease inhibitors. When diluted to 1X the protease inhibitor cocktail will contain 500 µM AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 420 nM Aprotinin (Cat. No. 616370), 20 µM Elastinal (Cat. No. 324691), and 1 µM GGACK (Cat. No. 347436). Supplied with a data sheet. |
